                                                       2010
A busy year for Tim and The Greg Hawkes Ukulele Trio. In May, the trio performed for 2 nights at the New York Uke Fest. The following week saw Tim and Greg Hawkes take part in 'Uketopia'; a concert featuring Jim and Liz Beloff, along with Joel Eckhaus, Tripping Lilly and others. A profile piece on The Greg Hawkes Ukulele Trio recently appeared in Boston's  'The Noise' magazine. This year also saw Tim perform for 2 benefits to raise money for victims of Haiti's January earthquake. The first, in March  featured the debut of Tim and Greg Allison's new group, Raven's Crag, and the second, in August featured Tim performing with Craig Robertson. Raven's Crag is to play at the end of August at The Burren in Somerville, MA.

Tim's song 'Days Go By' will also be featured on the forthcoming compilation CD 'Come Clean', to be released by Quickstar Productions in Baltimore, MD in late summer. In September, Tim will resume teaching ukulele classes at Passim School of Music
and then will start pre production on a new ukulele CD.
  

 In October, The Greg Hawkes Trio return to TCAN in Natick and celebrate what would have been John Lennon's 70th birthday with a special set of songs on ukulele

Following the release of 'The Beatles Uke' CD in November, 2008, Greg Hawkes assembled The Greg Hawkes Ukulele Trio, with Tim on tenor ukulele,, and Greg Allison on baritone uke. The trio began performing regularly at venues like Johnny Ds and Club Passim. In June 2009, the trio opened for Jake Shimabukuro, who promised to join them for a song at the next meeting. In August, Tim and Greg Allison took part in the Me and Thee Coffeehouse annual Beatle benefit
